Job title: Head of Operations of PAL Solutions USA
Objective of the position:
· Operational responsibility for PAL Solutions
· Establish and lead processes for sales administration, order processing, expenses management, import, inventory management and finance.
· Import goods from the main vendor, based in Switzerland
· Assure proper inventory stock level for all key products
· Lead the internal admin team members
Tasks and area of responsibility:
· Set up reliable, and cost-effective import process for goods sourced from Switzerland
· Define pricing in alignment with the CEO of PAL Solutions and the BoD.
· Keep the ERP System up to date for products, services, and pricing that are sold in the USA.
· Assure consistent use of ERP and CRM by everyone at PAL Solutions USA.
· Build up visibility and database of installed base of PAL Systems at customer sites in the USA.
· Finance responsibility for PAL Solutions USA
· Responsible for Employee recruiting and satisfaction
· Responsible for customer database build-up and data quality using the existing CRM system.
· Use existing ERP and finance tools aligned and with support from CTC Analytics
· Provide regular reporting as defined by BoD.
· Provide regular updates of all ongoing activities, projects, progress, and market trends in a monthly report and in regular meetings with the BoD.
· Responsible for payroll and social security accounting, contact with ADP, regular communication with HR Manager, CTC Analytics
· Day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.
Competencies / Collaboration / Interfaces:
· Experience in leading a small market organization in the scientific analytical instruments business
· Based in Minnesota, a 5-day on-site presence in our office in Lake Elmo, MN is required.

Special Knowledge:
· Experience in operations, preferably in an SME Sales Organisation
· Willingness and flexibility to use existing ERP and CRM systems
· Experience in efficient use of ERP and CRM systems for efficient processes
· Persuasive presence with strong negotiation skills
