- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function to drive business performance.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial partners.
- Ensure effective internal controls and financial risk management.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
