We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive with extensive experience in healthcare collections and revenue cycle management (RCM). This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands the complexities of healthcare finance and can effectively position solutions that improve collections, streamline workflows, and drive revenue integrity across hospitals, health systems, and third-party billing or RCM firms.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new enterprise clients within the healthcare collections and RCM space.
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, targeting C-suite and senior revenue cycle leaders.
- Lead consultative sales engagements to understand prospective clients’ RCM challenges and collections strategies.
- Deliver compelling solution demonstrations, proposals, and ROI-driven business cases.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with a focus on healthcare providers and outsourced RCM vendors.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, product, and client success.
- Keep current on industry trends, payer behavior, regulatory changes, and technology innovations impacting healthcare collections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (MBA or MHA preferred).
- 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare, with a strong focus on revenue cycle management or collections.
- Proven track record of selling solutions into hospitals, health systems, RCM vendors, or billing companies.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end collections.
- Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), billing software, patient access tools, and payment solutions.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with experience building value-based cases for operational and financial leaders.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and a data-driven sales process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network of contacts within revenue cycle and finance leadership at provider organizations.
- Experience with SaaS, automation, or AI solutions focused on collections or RCM.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS, No Surprises Act, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for improving financial health in healthcare.
