Job Description

We are a leading provider of customer relationship outsourcing and financial services, with over 50 years of experience partnering with some of the world's most prominent companies. We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth within the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry. This role requires deep domain knowledge of accounts receivable processes and a proven track record of selling enterprise-grade solutions to stakeholders in the Banking, Credit Card, Financial Services, and Property Management sectors.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts in the ARM space across targeted industries.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities using CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Develop deep relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Understand client pain points in receivables management and propose tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations, proposals, and ROI-focused business cases.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and navigate long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting receivables and collections.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the ARM or FinTech industry.
  • Strong domain expertise in Accounts Receivables, Collections, or Credit Risk.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing $1M+ annual quotas.
  • Experience selling into Banking, Credit Cards, Financial Services, or Property Management verticals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of ARM compliance regulations (FDCPA, CFPB, etc.).
  • Existing relationships with key decision-makers in the financial services sector.
  • Experience with SaaS, automation, or AI-driven ARM solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for solving complex business challenges.
