- 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- A natural coach and mentor who builds people up with confidence and clarity
- Results-oriented with sharp attention to detail and follow-through
- You’re hands-on—you learn the job, then lead the team
- Skilled at building meaningful connections with staff and guests alike
- Kitchen-comfortable and confident with inventory, ordering, and day-to-day operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to work a flexible schedule , including evenings, weekends, and holidays
