Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Austin, TX – $55,000–$70,000

What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You’ll either lead front-of-house operations or take on both FOH and BOH, depending on experience.
- Lead and develop a team of 1 5+ employees
- Oversee weekly sales of approximately $25,000
- Ensure excellent guest service and team culture
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, inventory, and training
- Be hands-on and present on the floor
- Support and uphold brand standards
Who We're Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years of recent restaurant management experience
- Experience overseeing $25K+ in weekly sales
- Managed teams of 15+
- FOH experience required; must be open to learning BOH
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Professional appearance
