The Project Sales Manager leads and oversees an $8MM Project Group, managing sales activities such as prospecting, developing sales plans, engaging leads, and closing service project contracts (retrofit, repair/replace, or design-build). This role involves mentoring and coaching a sales team to achieve sales goals while ensuring project profitability and customer satisfaction. The Project Sales Manager also plays a key role in developing key accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
