PMI Panel Health Specialist

Institute for Supply Management is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our PMI panel participants. We are seeking a motivated and personable Member Services Specialist to assist with onboarding, engagement, and recognition to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing outbound campaigns, including list sourcing, email scheduling, and monitoring results.
· Recruiting new panelists to ISM’s PMI panel.
· Onboard new panelists highlighting contributions to profession and recognition opportunities.
· Conduct monthly check-in calls to express appreciation and maintain engagement with panel participants.
· Create and execute an incentive and recognition program for panel participants.
· Support ongoing member outreach efforts to increase retention and satisfaction.
· Ensure membership data integrity by following up with members to confirm and update their information.
Qualifications:
· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Prior customer service experience required.
· Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with members professionally.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to travel once per year to annual conference. #LI-LH1
