Location: Bentonville, AR, San Bruno, CA, or Hoboken, NJ (In office 5 days per week - with flexibility for emergencies)

With rich first-party data and omnichannel insights, we’re building a full-funnel advertising engine that delivers real, measurable outcomes. Now, we’re looking for a Manager, Yield & Inventory Monetization to help us take it to the next level.


What You’ll Do:

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead yield strategy and inventory monetization across our ad platform. From pricing models to sell-through performance, you’ll optimize how we deliver value to advertisers—and drive results across the board.

Your Core Focus Areas:

  • Inventory Ownership – Forecast and manage premium ad inventory across verticals and advertiser segments
  • Revenue Strategy – Maximize yield via pricing strategy, CPM improvements, and inventory efficiency
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Use campaign data to identify trends, guide monetization strategy, and provide actionable insights
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Client Success, Finance, BI, and Ad Ops to scale results
  • Policy & Process Management – Create and enforce processes for reservations, pricing exceptions, and makegoods
  • Innovation & Product Thinking – Identify opportunities for new ad formats and yield strategies


About You:

  • 5+ years in digital media analytics, ad operations, or yield management
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Ops to optimize campaign performance
  • Strong problem-solving and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communicator—comfortable turning complex data into clear recommendations
  • Proficient in tools like Tableau, Looker, Salesforce, GAM, TTD
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
