Are you a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer ready to make a significant visual impact? We're a growing fitness company seeking a talented individual to join our vibrant Marketing team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a knack for transforming concepts into stunning visual experiences, this is the role for you!

In this exciting position, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our fitness facilities. You'll primarily focus on creating dynamic interior graphics, including eye-catching wall murals, impactful signage, and various branding elements that bring our brand to life in new locations and remodels. You'll work closely with our facility design and development teams to ensure all designs meet brand standards, are perfectly scaled for large-format printing, and are delivered on time and within budget.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a culture centered on unity, passion, and trust, where authentic connections are made within a supportive community. We believe in our brand, work hard, maintain high standards, and give energy to others.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 annually.

Location & Benefits:

This is a hybrid role based in Denver Colorado, with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging interior graphics for fitness facilities, including wall murals, signage, and branding elements.
  • Develop comprehensive installation packages that clearly communicate placement, sizing, and instructions for each graphic element.
  • Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure designs align with brand standards and project execution is smooth.
  • Prepare files for large-format printing, ensuring proper scaling, resolution, and color accuracy.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget using project management tools.
  • Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and project files.
  • Communicate directly with print vendors to clarify production details, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain tracking sheets with graphic dimensions, quantities, and pricing for vendor production.
  • Participate in team meetings and design reviews, contributing ideas and incorporating feedback to improve design outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required (we are not considering self-taught candidates for this role).
  • 1-3 years of professional design experience (internships included).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Essential experience with print, specifically vinyl or acrylics.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to solve problems while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, a self-starter, and consistently able to meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio is essential to showcase your design experience and print capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a MAC environment utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Technology savvy and able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • An optimistic mindset with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
  • Naturally collaborative, with the desire to grow and leverage relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership, sense of urgency, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • A passion for fitness and bringing healthy living to as many people as possible.

Bonus Skills:

  • Understanding of large-format printing and environmental graphics.
  • Proficient in Asana.
  • Experience creating installation manuals or production specs.
  • Working knowledge of Excel for tracking and ordering.
  • Previous exposure to 3D rendering or spatial design tools (e.g., SketchUp).

We offer a competitive, all-encompassing benefits package, including healthcare benefits for employees working 20+ hours per week. All employees receive two complimentary gym memberships – one for themselves and another to give away – plus 401k options.
