Strategic HR Business Partner (Manufacturing)

What You'll Do:
- Lead HR Strategy: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, including growth and potential acquisitions.
- Drive HRIS Implementation: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of a new HRIS to transition from paper-based processes to an efficient digital platform.
- Shape Organizational Growth: Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, talent management, change management, and succession planning.
- Cultivate Culture: Champion initiatives that strengthen our evolving culture, promoting an equitable, inclusive, and transparent workplace.
- Optimize Talent: Lead comprehensive talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development programs to attract, retain, and grow top talent.
- Foster Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, developing strategies to enhance engagement and morale.
- Ensure Compliance: Establish and maintain a robust HR compliance framework and oversee efficient HR operations.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in HRIS evaluation, selection, and full-cycle implementation in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in communication, employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, change management, HR compliance, and HR technology.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
