Don Garrison will continue advising healthcare organizations, private equity and venture-backed companies, and growth-focused enterprises on building high-performing teams aligned to evolving market demands. His work spans both leadership recruiting and critical individual contributor hiring, with a focus on helping clients scale effectively and execute against strategic priorities, including identifying and integrating emerging capabilities such as AI talent.

Garrison brings a combination of operating and recruiting experience, with leadership roles at organizations including Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, Electronic Data Systems, and Accenture. That background informs a practical, business-oriented approach to talent strategy and hiring.

Prior to transitioning into executive search, Garrison built an extensive career as a sales leader in Healthcare IT and Healthcare Outsourcing, developing deep client relationships and a firsthand understanding of the talent, organizational, and go-to-market challenges facing healthcare and technology organizations. That experience on the operator and revenue side of the business gives him a unique perspective — one that goes beyond traditional recruiting to inform how clients think about team structure, capability gaps, and the profiles most likely to drive results in complex, fast-moving environments.
