Salvatore Buscema
is a results-driven commercial operations and sales executive with more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth product launches and organizational transformations across pharmaceuticals, specialty rare disease, consumer health, and emerging industries. He has spearheaded national and global commercialization strategies for market leaders including EpiPen, MUCINEX, and DELSYM, consistently delivering double-digit revenue growth and award-winning brand performance.
As Managing Director of BNB Business Solutions, Salvatore has guided multiple start-ups and specialty pharmaceutical firms through full-scale commercial buildouts, from salesforce deployment and compliance to analytics, payer initiatives, and specialty pharmacy partnerships. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Mylan, MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals, and Adams Respiratory Therapeutics, where his sales leadership contributed to a $2.3B acquisition.
Beyond life sciences, Salvatore has also driven commercial strategy and organizational growth across technology, cybersecurity, insurance tech, artificial intelligence (with applications in healthcare and other verticals), aerospace, and construction.
