Nikita Steals is an award-winning talent and workforce transformation executive, entrepreneur and trusted advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations build, scale and transform their workforces. Her career spans executive search, workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, HR transformation and AI-enabled workforce solutions across technology, financial services, professional services, public sector and other complex industries.
Prior to joining TriSearch, Nikita held senior leadership roles with Capital One, Amazon Web Services and Conduent. At Capital One, she helped scale the technology organization 66% in 18 months in support of more than $2 billion in business growth. At AWS, she led a global Infrastructure talent transformation that increased technical hiring 72% in one year across North America, EMEA and APAC. At Conduent, she led HR and talent modernization efforts that generated $17 million in annualized operating savings.
Nikita is also a two-time founder. She built and successfully exited Ascension12, an executive search and talent solutions firm that secured a $3 million enterprise RPO engagement before its acquisition by a global recruitment organization. In 2024, she founded Northwest Talent Solutions, an award-winning workforce transformation and talent advisory firm serving organizations across executive search, workforce planning, organizational design, talent intelligence and AI-enabled recruiting.
Nikita has entered into a strategic partnership with TriSearch, bringing Northwest Talent Solutions' workforce transformation expertise and entrepreneurial agility together with TriSearch's national recruiting platform, scalable delivery capabilities and highly customized approach to client partnership. Northwest Talent Solutions continues to operate independently under Nikita's leadership.
