Bill is a seasoned HR, legal, and compliance executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning corporate leadership, in-house counsel, and labor relations. He began his career with roles at the National Labor Relations Board, General Mills, and Pepsi-Cola, later earning his J.D. from NYU School of Law and holding positions at Pepper Hamilton before moving into senior corporate roles. Bill has served as CHRO, CLO, and Corporate Secretary at Daikin Applied Americas, as well as CHRO and HR General Counsel for Harvest Sherwood, and held leadership roles at Honeywell and Gateway. He also spent time as a visiting law professor at Wayne State University. Known for his practical, execution-focused approach and ability to align legal and HR strategy, Bill brings deep expertise to TriSearch, advising clients on complex talent and organizational challenges while continuing to teach and serve on academic and advisory boards.
