Bob leverages the perspective he gained as a coach to deliver to clients a search experience grounded in truly understanding the nuances of their "must haves" and firm culture, and then takes the time to thoroughly evaluate how well each candidates' strengths (and weaknesses) correlate with the firm's desired attributes.
Prior to coaching and joining TriSearch Bob spent 30+ years in law, financial markets, and managing businesses. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, a JD from University of Illinois College of Law, and a BS in Finance from University of Illinois. Bob trained at and received coaching certification from New Ventures West, an intensive and respected coaching program.
