About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead the charge in selling high-end sporting event hospitality packages to corporate decision-makers and high-net-worth individuals. You will be responsible for cultivating new business, managing high-value client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth across corporate and VIP channels.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new clients, including C-suite executives, business owners, and affluent individuals.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings, both in-person and virtually, to understand client needs and recommend tailored hospitality solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client entertainment engagements.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and event delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client experience.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in high-end hospitality, sports marketing, or luxury services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and attend key sporting events as needed.
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong network of corporate decision-makers and/or HNW clients is a major plus.
- Experience selling hospitality packages for marquee sporting events.
- Knowledge of major global sports and a passion for the live event industry.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking systems.
