About the Opportunity
JM Eagle and Ascending Eagle are seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to
provide direct support to Walter Wang, Executive Vice President of JM Eagle, and Jennifer
Wang, President of Ascending Eagle.
This is a highly visible, trusted role supporting both business and personal affairs across
multiple companies, investments, philanthropic initiatives, and family interests. The ideal
candidate understands that no task is too small and thrives in an environment where every day

administration.
Position Summary
The Executive Personal Assistant will serve as a strategic partner and problem solver, helping
manage complex business and personal priorities for two executives. Responsibilities will range
from executive support and travel coordination to financial administration, vendor management,
legal coordination, special projects, and family office support.
Success in this role requires exceptional organization, strong judgment, discretion, adaptability,
and the ability to independently solve problems while maintaining clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
Plan and execute meetings, events, and special projects
Process wire transfers and assist with financial administration
Coordinate with accountants, attorneys, insurance providers, and outside advisors
Support audit, tax, and entity administration activities
Assist with contract management and document organization
Research and engage professional service providers, including legal and recruiting firms
Oversee insurance renewals and administrative filings
Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers
Manage personal and business related projects simultaneously
Anticipate issues before they arise and proactively implement solutions
Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Executive Assistant, Executive Personal Assistant, Family Office, or similar
experience
Proven experience supporting senior executives, business owners, ultra high net worth
individuals, or family office environments
Strong project management and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong financial and administrative aptitude
Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal direction
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to speak, read, and write Mandarin Chinese
Family office experience
Paralegal or legal support background
Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
Exposure to investments, real estate, or private business operations
