Dan Monroe, Vice President of Client Success at TriSearch, is focused on creating and bolstering partnerships with new clients through creative, customized, and effective talent solutions driven by unique, individual needs. Dan also supports the foundational excellence of the firm's broader business development philosophy by elevating scalable partnerships with multiple firms and a vast network of industry leaders. With 18 years of executive search experience from Spencer Stuart (one of the largest, global brands) and Charles Schwab (“big four” investment management firms with nearly $7 Trillion in assets), Dan brings a unique lens to the client experience. He most recently helped build and manage Schwab’s robust Sourcing Advisor function within Talent Acquisition. Dan held roles of increasing responsibility focused on his expertise in the space of Financial Services, IT and corporate functions, knowledge management, research and analytics, agile capabilities, and candidate experience.
Dan holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and a MA of Liberal Arts from St. John’s College in Santa Fe, NM. Dan and his wife, Denise, live in Hudson, WI with their three children (June, Ellis, and Lillian).
